                                             Shipping & Delivery: 

To ensure that your package is properly delivered, and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly. If there are issues with verifying your address, customer service will contact you to try and resolve these issues. If after several attempts of contacting you, and there is no response your order will be canceled, and you will be refunded.

If you realize that you entered your shipping address incorrectly, please contact us ASAP via If your order was placed on the weekend, please call us first thing Monday morning. Please refer to our contact us page for our phone number. We will then do our best to fulfill your request and change the address. If we are unable to, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information.

Just a reminder that you will receive shipping confirmation within 24 hours from the time that the order was placed.  After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take 24 hours before your items begin tracking. This doesn't include weekends or holidays. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. If your order says delivered and you did not receive it, you must contact your local post office. We do not issue store credit for packages that state delivered

Furthermore, we are not responsible for any orders lost in transit nor are we responsible for any damages that may be caused while in transit via USPS. If your package was lost, you would need to contact your nearest USPS post office and provide them with the tracking # that was sent to you once we shipped your order. Please note this becomes a matter between the customer and USPS. We cannot replace your package because it was lost.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your store credit.

Please Note: We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Priority Shipping is not guaranteed as we are not responsible for any delays caused by the USPS. Please allow a 1-3 business days for us to process your order from the day the order is placed. Regardless of method of shipment selected.

Returned to Sender Orders not Delivered:

We are not responsible for lost packages or unclaimed packages.

In the event a package is unclaimed or not able to be delivered Usps will return to The Boujee Experience, we will contact you to advise and a reshipment charge will be accessed.

If no contact is made within 4 days, we will issue a store credit minus a 20% restocking fee + shipping and handling on all unclaimed packages.

In the event of a lost package the customer must file a claim directly with USPS and is not the responsibility of The Boujee Experience.
