Return & Exchange Policy:
We appreciate your business and understand that ordering online is not easy. Especially since you can't actually touch or see the items in person.We want to make your online shopping experience as easy as possible.
So if your not completely satisfied with your order and looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! Just contact customer service and we will do everything we can to try and make it better!
We welcome free returns or exchanges within 7 days from date of purchase (delivered or picked up in store). All returns MUST be preauthorized by contacting customer service via firstname.lastname@example.org
Any returns received outside of the 7 days or not preauthorized to return will be DENIED.
The Boujee Experience only accepts returns/exchanges NO REFUNDS. STORE CREDIT ONLY.
If you believe that you've received a defective item, please contact us via info@theboujeeexperience within 24 hours of receiving the order. All damaged items will be inspected and verified. If not reported within the given time frame, unfortunately, we will not be able to accept the return.
Moreover, if you are sent incorrect items or you are missing items from your order, please contact us via email@example.com within 24 hours of receiving your order so that we can resolve the issue for you.
Please note the following expectations for our return and exchange policy:
- At this time, we do not offer refunds. Items can be returned for store credit ONLY, issued in the form of a digital gift card sent via email. All store credits will expire in 6 months, so be sure to use it!
- All items are eligible for return/exchange except for hair extensions, mink lashes, or lip products. UNLESS items are returned in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition.(for sanitary and hygienic reasons).
- Sale items, clearance items, discounted items and items purchased on promotion are NOT eligible for return/store credit and all orders placed with the use of discount codes are FINAL SALE. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS.
Returned items must be in its original, unworn, unwashed condition. It must not be altered or damaged and must obtain all Boujee Experience product tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear, smell of fragrances and smoke.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item(s) unless there was a mistake on our end. Please keep in mind that the original shipping cost is non refundable. For proof of delivery and your records, please note the tracking number of your return package, if applicable. We are not held responsible for item(s) we do not receive.
- Items must be returned in appropriate packaging. Please include a copy of your invoice/packing slip with your return.
- Once your package has been received, please allow 3-7 business days for our team to process your return. Once verified that your item(s) meet our requirements, your exchange will be granted or store credit will be issued in the form of a digital gift card sent to the email address on the original order - we cannot change this!
If the criteria isn't met, or the item is damaged. You will be ineligible for a return/exchange and the item will be returned back to you. Please be aware that you are responsible for all shipping cost.
How to Submit a Return?
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for return approval. Include your name, order number, email, phone number and reason for return. (please allow up to 48 hours for a response. (weekends and holidays not included)
Merchandise must be returned within 7 business days of the date you receive your order.
We highly recommend using a trackable return method. The Boujee Experience will not be held responsible for packages not received by us that were returned without a tracking number. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
