Thank you for your interest in being a vendor for the Styluz Afterdark Women's Empowerment Event. One of the best things you can do for YOUR business is to showcase it at this year's Styluz Afterdark. Believe it or not, there are attendees who are actually looking for what you offer. Put effort into designing your booth, and start conversations- because every business owner knows conversations lead to leads, and leads lead to sales! The investment you make in exhibiting at this year's event is sure to increase your visibility and brand exposure. Space is limited, so in order to assure yourself a good booth location, register your business TODAY!

Styluz Afterdark Women's Empowerment Event
Shilo Inn Hotel
March 20, 2021 at 7PM. Doors Open at 6:30PM

Vendors will be located indoors at the Shilo Inn
at the sole discretion of Styluz Afterdark Committee. Location of vendors will be taken into consideration based on the types of items being sold and displayed.
(VENDOR DEPOSITS ARE $50. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE)
- We ask that you dress in business attire or business casual. Please NO ripped jeans, leggings, mini skirts, mini dresses, tank tops, , see through shirts (unless tank top is worn underneath), flip flops, or nudity.
- ALL vendors must arrive at The Shilo INN Hotel by 5:45PM on March 20,2021. Vendors will need to be set up no later than 6:30PM. Please be ON TIME.
If this time is an issue for you, please contact the event host via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
-ALL vendors bringing an additional guest must provide the name of the participant who'll be attending by Thursday March 18, 2021. ( If you do not provide such information by the deadline, your guest will not be allowed to enter the day of the event.
-Please understand that you are responsible for your guest. If your guest is found to be a distraction, we will kindly ask them to leave. In addition, if you are found to be a distraction, we also have the right to ask you to leave. If this happens, your vendor fee is still non-refundable.
-All vendors are ONLY allotted ONE additional guest. No other guest will be allowed unless ticket is purchased.
- Only ONE vendor per table. If found that there are more than one vendor being advertised at a table, we reserve the right to remove any vendor from the venue.
-ALL vendors are responsible for accepting their own payment methods. (including cash or any POS System.
-We are NOT responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged property.
-Disrespect or profanity towards event staff, another vendor, or attendees will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to remove ANY vendor from the venue response to such behavior.
If for any reason you register for the event and you are unable to make it, you must give us at least a 24 hour notice. Failure to give notice will result your business in being banned from ANY future events!
All vendors are expected to pay their fee before February 15, 2021 by 6PM. Please understand that ALL fees paid are non-refundable.
